Dr. Niral Patel is a native to the Tampa Bay area. He is a proud graduate of Gaither High School and the University of South Florida. Dr. Patel has 24 years of experience, is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Patel graduated from Saba University School of Medicine and is affiliated with HCA Florida Brandon Hospital, St. Joseph's Hospital, Advent Health Ocala, St. Joseph's Hospital-South, Advent Health Tampa and Moffitt Cancer Center Magnolia Campus. Sarah Kline, MD FACOG
Dr. Sarah Kline is a board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
She began her career as a Registered Nurse specializing in critical care, then taught nursing students prior to attending medical school.
Dr. Kline has been practicing in the Tampa Bay area for the past 25 years. She is proud to provide quality care to women of all ages.
Her passion to help women through menopause led Dr. Kline to become a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. Which enables her to keep current on latest research and treatments, so her patients receive the best possible care.
Dr. Kline has been practicing in the Tampa Bay area for over twenty years. She is board certified in OB/GYN. She has limited her practice to gynecology, specializing in women’s health throughout reproductive and post-reproductive years. She has a certification in menopausal medicine. Dr. Kline worked her way through medical school as a registered ER nurse and prior to that, taught psychiatric and medical surgical nursing in Toledo, Ohio. It was during her time as a graduate student in nursing that she decided to apply to medical school.
Dr. Kline is a member of the North American Menopause Society, where she is certified as a Menopausal Practitioner. She has volunteered with the Midwest Medical Mission in Haiti and volunteers with women who are victims of domestic violence.
Nicole Madalon brings over a decade of midwifery experience to Wesley Chapel Womans Care and is passionate about supporting women throughout their pregnancy and wellness journeys. She earned her Master’s in Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University and completed her clinical training with an independent midwifery practice in Oak Park, Illinois.
Nicole has attended women in all birth settings—including birth centers and home births. Whether a patient chooses natural childbirth, epidural pain relief, induction, or cesarean delivery, Nicole offers holistic, evidence-based care that prioritizes safety and aligns with the family's values and preferences. At the heart of Nicole’s practice is a belief in building strong, trusting relationships. She fosters a collaborative environment rooted in shared decision-making and a deep respect for patient autonomy. She views every appointment as an opportunity to listen, educate, and empower.
In addition to her midwifery certification, Nicole is certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She completed her post-master’s studies at the University of Miami, expanding her scope to provide comprehensive mental health care. This dual certification allows her to care for women holistically—physically, emotionally, and across every stage of life. Nicole believes that supporting women’s mental health is a vital part of every woman’s pregnancy and wellness journey. She speaks English and is experienced in caring for women from all cultural backgrounds with sensitivity and respect.

Courtney Blanchard, ARNP
Courtney Blanchard, ARNP is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides evidence-based care to all women across the life span. She is passionate about empowering women through education and compassionate care.
She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from The University of South Florida. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau and The American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Courtney has worked in The Labor and Delivery as a lead/charge nurse for over 23 years prior to obtaining her master’s degree.
Her special interests include preventive care, adolescent health and women’s mental health. Courtney was born and raised in the Tampa-St. Petersburg area. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
